1.Use, scope and storage of saving and processing data
Personal data is kept and processed for purposes of contact with customers, market information via electronic mail, merchandising, profiling clients with the objective of custom services and customer information in electronic mail and on websites. Upon sending the emails, we record which emails our customers have received and which links from such emails they click on. For a better and more targeted selection of services and to customise future e-mails, the recorded data is automatically processed, analysed, and profiled, and the interest of our customers for sent e-mails is assessed. Automated decision making is not based on the information recorded and profiles created.
We use cookies on our web pages which help improve your user experience and provide quality content.
For the purposes of informing the clients, the following data is kept:
- company name and address,
- e-mail address,
- name,
- surname,
- phone number
Personal data is collected only with explicit consent. The consent is kept together with its content and the content of the form, with which they have been obtained.
Personal information collected from our company is used by the following departments:
- sales,
- marketing,
- customer support.
2. Transfer
Collected personal data is stored in the Republic of Slovenia and is never transferred outside of its territory.
3. Storage period
Personal data collected from our customers is kept until the consent has been revoked by such an individual. After the withdrawal of consent, personal data is permanently deleted.
If the company ceases to undertake the above-described use for the purposes of storage and processing of personal data, personal data will be permanently deleted.
The acceptance of the general terms and conditions or the so-called decision on personal data protection is kept for 12 months.
4. The protection of the collected personal information
Only the content and information is forwarded, but credit card numbers or other data which could be abused by cyber criminals are never required. The www.idl.si website is hosted on a safe web server and is a subject to regular checks.
The collected personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes described above; such data is not marketed or forwarded to third parties, except partners who help maintain the website and are bound to protect personal data under the same conditions as the IDL LOGISTIKA d.o.o. company.
In exceptional cases your personal data can be forwarded to state or security authorities in accordance with the applicable law if an official request for the forwarding of such data has been submitted.
5. Your rights
Every individual can request the following for their data:
- a review,
- a correction,
- a compete deletion,
- the termination of processing and keeping of data or a withdrawal of consent to processing and storage without affecting the legality of the past processing based on the consent until this termination.

If our company wanted to process data for purposes other than those for which the personal data was originally collected, each customer will be notified about such other purposes and will receive all the relevant information before further processing of data.
